Environmentally Responsible

QCS is committed to continually reduce the impact of our work on the environment while maximizing the cost benefit to our clients. We focus on cleaning for health, improving indoor air quality, employing safe cleaning practices, and using environmentally safe chemicals.

QCS uses only three daily-use chemicals in our client's facilities. All tools, chemicals and job cards are color coded to match each cleaning specialist in order to prevent cross contamination.

The (OS1^©) system model has been awarded for environmental and green efforts. Our services can help earn up to 16 points toward LEED-ED certification.

Our work-loading process makes the most effective use of employees, materials and chemicals by dividing cleaning tasks among devoted specialists who clean larger spaces in less time than traditional zone cleaning services.
