QCS implements the (OS1^©) cleaning system designed by ManageMen^® Inc. This simple scientific cleaning approach is proven to go Beyond Compliance in every aspect. (OS1^©) represents an innovative approach to sourcing, use and disposal of cleaning chemicals. Our process utilizes pre-measured, single-use chemical packets that require minimal packaging and water consumption. Our three daily-use chemicals are color-coded to the package label, MSDS, training materials and cleaning specialist job cards.

QCS completely eliminated the use of dangerous or environmentally harmful cleaning chemicals in our daily cleaning procedures. 100% of our daily-use chemicals are Green Sealed Certified (GS37) or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved. Additionally, we use pH neutral products that prolong the life of carpet and other cleanable surfaces.

QCS services can help earn up to 16 points toward LEED-ED certification.

All of our chemicals are Green Sealed (GS37) Certified or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved. We document OSHA safety standards training for our employees.
