"QCS Unlimited Inc. has provided janitorial services for the Federal Aviation Administration at the Addison Air Traffic Control Tower since October 2004. Because of the great job they were providing, some of the other tower representatives were also requesting their services. I have included them in the bidding process for other Federal Aviation Administration locations since 2003. Fortunately, through the competitive bidding process they were awarded four additional towers this fiscal year.

All of the additional contracts began start-up on the same day. They were able to meet the challenges of providing a full-staff, equipment and supplies. This also entailed complying with very stringent and rigorous security requirements of obtaining clearances and FAA badges for their employees.

The work that they do has been exceptional. Because of their attention to quality, service and great communication with the contracting officer's representatives at each location, I have had only praise and no complaints. It is quite unusual to have a janitorial company that performs an entire year without at least some complaints, but this is the performance the FAA has received from QCS Unlimited.
