Quality Training

QCS is an advocate of continued education. We believe that an educated employee translates directly into the highest quality of services and the best results for our clients.

Our dedicated and dependable employees are required to complete 16 hours of boot camp training before going to work in your facility. Other ongoing education requirements include 12 additional weeks of on-site training and semi-annual training for QCS trainers. We also implement training programs on safety, chemical/equipment use and cleaning techniques.

Our unique cleaning program provides an effective and efficient approach to cleaning that traditional cleaning methods lack. This innovative process translates to a cleaner, healthier building with an overall cost savings to you on an average of 10-15% over the traditional alternative. We use a scientifically proven work-loading program designed to accurately define cleanable space. Our team cleaning approach incorporates a double-check system that eliminates the risk of missed areas.

We train our employees Beyond Compliance on all OSHA safety rules and regulations because we value the safety of our clients and staff. We participate in a third-party audit program by ManageMen^® that consist of 280 questions focused on employee training, cleaning management competency, safety and cleaning effectiveness. All audit scores are benchmarked and compared as best practices against OS1^© service providers throughout the country.
